This organic coffee comes from producer Jesus Lopez Juarez, a member of the ADIESTO Co-op located in San Antonio Huista, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This fully washed coffee is comprised of bourbon, caturra, and pache varieties. It features aromas of lime and caramel, flavors of cherry and toffee, aftertastes of chocolate and malt, a balanced acidity, silk body and a pronounced sweetness.
